COMPLEX AROMAS AND AUTHENTIC FLAVORS

We start with a corn & high rye mash bill and carefully small batch distill to ensure the cleanest cuts for purity, allowing the notes of our grains to shine. We hand craft our bourbon in New American Oak barrels, at #3 and #4 char, and age them for a minimum of 4 years.

We then finish our bourbon specifically in used cabernet wine barrels resulting in a bourbon unmatched in flavor, complexity and sipping satisfaction. The cabernet barrels impart a hint of bright, red fruit flavors of strawberry, plum, and raspberry.
