CRAFTED FROM A PURE RYE MASH

We start with a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill and carefully small batch distill to ensure the cleanest cuts for purity allowing our spicy rye notes to shine. We hand craft our rye whiskey in New American Oak, #4 char barrels and age them for 4 years providing the optimal wood and char to match the delicate rye grains. 

We then finish our rye whiskey in used cabernet sauvignon wine barrels resulting in a flavor, layered in complexity and sophistication. The cab barrels impart dark fruit flavors of blackberries, cherries, and blackcurrants. Moreover, the subtle addition of velvety cabernet tannins impart a more luxurious mouthfeel.
